Staining Resistance: Only very slight color changes are observed when exposed to a specified staining environment. Gentle brushing easily removes any corrosion on the alloy.
Corrosion Resistance: The total amount of metal ions released into a specified solution at (37±1)℃, over (7.0±0.1) days should not exceed 200μg/cm².
Precautions: This product contains nickel. As this alloy does not contain beryllium, it cannot be cast in the same manner as steel with beryllium. Cast immediately when the metal collapses and the shadow disappears. Avoid overheating to prevent inclusion, porosity, and ceramic chipping. Always degas before firing the ceramic. After degassing, remove the oxidation layer formed.
Key Features: Minimal precious metal elements ensure excellent, stable, and reliable metal-ceramic bonding. Compatible with various ceramic powders (e.g., Vita, Shofu, Noritake, Dentsply, GC, Ivoclar Vivadent, Ceramco). Unique formula, devoid of the toxic element beryllium, ensures corrosion and discoloration resistance with good biocompatibility. Avoids the issues associated with beryllium vapor during casting and grinding, preventing berylliosis and cancer risks. Also, avoids potential harm in patients due to beryllium ion release. Moderate strength and hardness combined with good malleability. It's easy to grind and ensures long bridges dont deform easily.
Usage Instructions: Wax Pattern Fabrication: The wax pattern for crowns should be at least 0.3mm thick, especially at the cervical margin. Single crowns should have a sprue with a diameter of at least 1.5mm. For bridges, it should be 2.0mm or more, and the airway line should be at least 1.0mm in diameter. Before embedding, coat the wax pattern with a surfactant and wait for it to dry completely. Embedding: Use a phosphate-based, carbon-free high-temperature investment material. After it begins to set, place it in an oven an hour later. Refer to the investment material's instructions. Sintering: After embedding and letting it set for over an hour, place in an electric oven. Gradually heat from room temperature. Once the temperature reaches 900~950℃, maintain for 30 minutes, then cast.
Casting: Use a centrifugal machine or high-frequency centrifugal casting machine. Cast immediately when the alloy's profile collapses and has a uniform brightness. For centrifugal machines, when melting with gas and oxygen, gas pressure is 0.2MPa, and oxygen pressure is 2MPa. When using acetylene and oxygen for melting, acetylene pressure is 0.4MPa, and oxygen pressure is 2MPa. Cast Treatment: After casting, the molds must naturally cool in the air. Do not immerse in water to avoid internal stresses and affecting ceramic adhesion. When grinding metal castings, use aluminum oxide grinding wheels and tungsten carbide burs. Ensure consistent grinding direction. Ceramic Firing: Degassing: Place the ground castings in the ceramic furnace, vacuum heat to 970℃~980℃ and hold for about 3 minutes, then cool to prevent bubbles during ceramic firing. After pre-oxidation, clean and roughen the metal crown's surface using alumina powder at 6kg/cm² air pressure. Ultrasonically clean or steam-clean afterward. Follow each ceramic brand's instructions for application, and it's advised to apply the opaque ceramic in two sessions to avoid bubbles. After firing, if slight oxidation is observed inside or on the crown's edges, use a pen-type sandbl |
