Tarnish Resistance: After exposure to a specified tarnishing environment, there are only minor color changes. Gentle brushing easily removes any corrosion from the alloy.
Corrosion Resistance: In a solution at (37±1)℃ for (7.0±0.1)d, the total metal ion release should not exceed 200μg/cm².
Contraindications: Patients allergic to cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum metals.
Usage: 1. Embedding: Create a wax pattern using a drilled chromium alloy phosphoric high-temperature embedding material on the duplicated model. Embed in a casting ring. Once the phosphate, carbon-free, high-temperature embedding material begins to solidify, it can be baked in an oven after one hour. After approximately one hour of solidification, heat for dewaxing (around 260℃), then heat the casting ring to about 1000℃ and maintain for over half an hour before casting. 2. Casting: Use a high-frequency centrifugal casting machine. Melt the metal until it collapses and exhibits uniform brightness before casting. Centrifuge: a. When using gas and oxygen for melting, the gas pressure should be 0.2MPa and oxygen pressure 2MPa. b. When using acetylene and oxygen, the acetylene pressure should be 0.4MPa, and oxygen pressure should be 2MPa. Heat a proper amount of the hard drilled chromium alloy in the centrifuge until it's bright white. Cast immediately when the molten alloy forms a mirror-like dip. 3. Grinding and Electrolytic Polishing: Allow the casting ring to naturally cool in the air for at least half an hour after casting. Do NOT immerse in water. After cooling, sandblast and polish the cast item, followed by standard electrolytic polishing.
Storage and Transportation: This product doesnt require any special storage conditions or usage terms. During transportation, protect against rain, snow, or mechanical impacts, and avoid mixing or transporting with corrosive materials.
Maintenance: No special maintenance or care is required for this product. Do not open the package before use. |
